1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or in any way using the 7kkk platform at 7kkk.bio (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "7kkk", "we", "us", or "our"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and 7kkk.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close any account you may have opened. Continued use of the Platform after any revision to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

Amendments to These Terms

7kkk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered users via the email address associated with their account or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The 7kkk Platform is intended solely for use by individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 7kkk operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Gambling by minors is strictly prohibited.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party in placing wagers or operating an account.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the 7kkk Platform or any affiliated gaming service.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any such person employed by 7kkk or its affiliated entities.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is specifically and explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is designed and marketed primarily for players based in Bangladesh. Users in Bangladesh access the Platform on the understanding that they do so at their own discretion and in accordance with the laws applicable to them. 7kkk does not represent or warrant that the Platform is legal or available in any specific jurisdiction outside of its primary operating territory. 3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of services available on the Platform — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and claiming bonuses — you must register a personal account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the 7kkk Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual (whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods) is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at the time of registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 7kkk strongly recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication where available. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 7kkk accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Identity Verification (KYC)

7kkk reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks on any account at any time, including prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents: a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence; a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address; and documentation confirming the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal processing being delayed or the account being restricted.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on the 7kkk Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 7kkk supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on the 7kkk Platform is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits are generally credited within 1–3 business hours, subject to the processing times of your bank. 7kkk does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges, for which 7kkk bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals

To be eligible to withdraw funds, you must have completed identity verification as described in Section 3 of these Terms. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 30 minutes of the request being submitted. Bank transfer withdrawals are generally processed within 1–4 business hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 7kkk does not charge withdrawal fees; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges.

Funds and Responsibility

You may only deposit and wager funds that you own lawfully. Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including money laundering, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities. 7kkk reserves the right to delay or refuse any withdrawal request where there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 7kkk may freeze the account and retain the balance pending investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

7kkk offers a range of promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the Bangladesh Premier League, and the T20 World Cup. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside the relevant offer at the time it is made available.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers are available to players who have completed full account registration and identity verification.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the specific offer terms.
• 7kkk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Where a player is found to have abused a bonus offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, or any other form of bonus abuse — 7kkk reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings and to close the account.
• Bonus terms must be met within the timeframe specified in the offer. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be forfeited.

6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 7kkk Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with the Platform.
• Attempting to access the Platform using automated means, bots, scrapers, scripts, or any other non-human agent.
• Exploiting software errors, technical faults, or glitches in any game or the Platform itself to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accrued through such exploitation will be void.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or manipulation of betting markets.
• Using the Platform to launder money or to fund any illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or members of the 7kkk support team.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of any part of the Platform.
• Using any third-party software, tool, or system to gain an unfair advantage in any game offered on the Platform.

7kkk reserves the right to investigate suspected breaches of these obligations and to take appropriate action, including but not limited to: issuing a formal warning, suspending or permanently closing the account, voiding bets and bonuses, retaining account balances pending investigation, and reporting conduct to the relevant authorities where required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the 7kkk Platform — including but not limited to the 7kkk brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, icons, images, audio and video clips, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 7kkk or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any content from the Platform; modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content; use any 7kkk trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers without our prior written consent; or use any Platform content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7kkk, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of funds through gambling activity; technical errors, service interruptions, or delays; unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security; or decisions made in reliance on information provided on the Platform.

Platform Availability

7kkk makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to internet service provider failures, power outages, natural disasters, or government action). 7kkk accepts no liability for losses arising from Platform unavailability.

Gambling Risk Acknowledgement

You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit and wager on the Platform. 7kkk is not responsible for any gambling losses you incur. You agree to gamble responsibly and within your financial means at all times. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the 7kkk Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Where resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to the relevant competent authority in accordance with applicable jurisdiction.
